The COMMISSAR was the title given originally to the Guild Master of COMMUNISM, Spaceballs. Later on the title of COMMISSAR would be assigned to a shadowy figure showing up only in guerilla style YouTube videos in the Lightninghoof US and later eras (Allegedly played by Shelarahn).
Rumours of The COMMISSAR's return began to circulate in March of 2023 with the formation of the COMMUNISM Reformation Front.
