WIDEFORCE was the name of the WIDEVERSE World of Warcraft raiding team started by Capri Sun Tzu.
WIDEFORCE
The BMW raid team officially soft launched on January 2nd 2021, with a full raid of Ulduar during a Timewalking event. A week later they began making progress into Castle Nathria, full clearing 2 weeks after that, ending the raid by beating Sire Denathrius in the first attempt. Though initially successful, management of the group fell apart going into the next tier and the raid group fell apart. A revival was planned for after the release of Dragonflight, but again management was nonexistent and it fell apart.
WIDEFORCE v2
A second incarnation was proposed in January of 2023 by CST, but never materialized, mostly due to ongoing real life conflicts and the recent departure of DizzyEevee as the teams coordinator and the lack of anyone else willing or able to step up and fill the role.
